Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month

If you want to speak out about your neighborhood, Broadmoor, please join us for the Broadmoor Resident's Association meeting each month at Broadmoor Methodist Church (10230 Mollylea Drive). Our current board has become increasingly proactive and the beneficial results around our neighborhood should be obvious. We encourage all who live in Broadmoor to attend because our association needs your support. Resident's Association board members determine the best methods to improve the quality of our neighborhood, keep our property values high, attract good neighbors and keep Broadmoor a safe and beautiful place to live.

Let's continue this good work in 2010. As a Broadmoor homeowner or business owner you are a stakeholder in the future of Broadmoor. Please come and meet your neighbors and take your opportunity to lead; we encourage you to share your opinions.

Meetings will be held at 7 PM on the 3rd MONDAY of each month in the Adult Activities Building at the Broadmoor United Methodist Church located at Sharp Road and Mollylea Drive.

New Board of Directors for 2012

Our association by-laws call for the election of board members at the November annual meeting each year. The members are listed below.

Our association needs additional volunteers on committees in order to do the work expected of us. There is much work to be done in 2012 and beyond and we need more people to help out! If you are interested, please call us at 926-9829 or email us for more information. You do not have to be a board member to serve on a committee. Committees include Advertising, Beautification, Communications, Community Relations, Safety & Security, Membership, Welcoming, and Zoning.
